About 3:16 Transformational Sports

We see ourselves touching and transforming lives through sports and recreation. We endeavor to witness and disciple the community with a sole purpose of winning them to Christ through sports.

In fulfilling the great commission we the Kariobangi KAG church sports Ministry exist to train and equip saints in sports ministry and develop and mentor Christians sportsmen who will in turn impact the world with the goodnews.

1. Train all people on how to win people to Christ through sports.
2. Mentor and develop leaders from all churches for sports ministry
3. Use sports as an evangelistic tool to win many to Christ 
4. Bridge the gap between the Kariobangi community and our church through sports.
5. Disciple the decision makers into become dependable and reliable leaders.

Kennedy Salano serves as the lead pastor of KAG Kariobangi Church in Nairobi, Kenya and oversees both 3:16 Transformational Sports and the Happy Thoughts Christian Academy along with his wife Emily. He is degreed in both Biblical Studies and translation services having studied at East Africa School of Theology, KAG East University and the East Africa Graduate Studies Centre.

Pastor Kennedy is recognized as a global leader in the world of sports ministry and has served on the board of the international Association of Church Sports & Recreation Ministers (CSRM). Part of his personal ministry is to train up other sports ministers throughout East Africa.
